                Refunds and Exchanges:

1.      All returns must be shipped in original or suitable packaging. Items received in manufacturerís packaging must be returned in same, in good condition.

2.      The buyer pays all shipping charges incurred in the return process.

3.      Refund amount for DOA items is the original buy price of the item plus the shipping cost to send item back. Original Shipping & Handling will not be refunded.

Glossary of Commonly Used Terms:

.        DOA: Dead on Arrival. i.e. 'Warranty: 3 day DOA' You have three days from the date you received the item to contact us for return.

.        Restocking Fee: The restocking fee is used to compensate for losses incurred as a result of the product return. Losses include: lost sales, auction fees, special order charges etc.

.        NR: No reserve price.
