- All returns must be shipped in original or suitable packaging. Items received in manufacturerís packaging must be returned in same, in good condition.
- The buyer pays all shipping charges incurred in the return process.

- DOA: Dead on Arrival. i.e. 'Warranty: 3 day DOA' You have three days from the date you received the item to contact us for return.
- Restocking Fee: The restocking fee is used to compensate for losses incurred as a result of the product return. Losses include: lost sales, auction fees, special order charges etc.
- NR: No reserve price.
