Auction Warranty Policy

o       Warranty Period:

x         Length of warranty varies from NONE to 90 days see auction item for warranty period.

x        Warranty period begins on the date you receive the item.

x         In addition, some parts may be covered under manufacturer's warranty. Intel CPUs for example, carry up to a three year warranty. It is the buyer's responsibility to seek this coverage.

o       Exclusions:

x         Damage caused by accident, misuse or unauthorized repair is not covered.

x         Data is not covered. Users should back up all data and applications prior to repair.

x         Defects disclosed in the auction are not covered by warranty and are NOT grounds to return the item.

x         Warranty: None means that the item cannot be returned, exchanged and are non refundable.

x         There will be no refunds or returns if contact is not initiated within the warranty period
