Auction Warranty Policy

Warranty Period:

• Length of warranty varies from NONE to 90 days see auction item for warranty period.
• Warranty period begins on the date you receive the item.
• In addition, some parts may be covered under manufacturer's warranty. Intel CPUs for example, carry up to a three year warranty. It is the buyer's responsibility to seek this coverage.

Exclusions:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse or unauthorized repair is not covered.
• Data is not covered. Users should back up all data and applications prior to repair.
• Defects disclosed in the auction are not covered by warranty and are NOT grounds to return the item.
• Warranty: None means that the item cannot be returned, exchanged and are non refundable.
• There will be no refunds or returns if contact is not initiated within the warranty period.
